“I have to credit my parents for making me feel like I was worth something and that I didn’t have to be anything other than who I was,” she said. When asked about how she reached the peak of success, the superstar answered: “I don’t have any kind of formula for success, what I’ve learned is if you can follow your heart, you can be true to yourself, and you can work really hard.”

The “Jenny From The Block” singer also mentioned her partnership with Grameen America, which will help her to shower every Latino an “employment and leadership opportunities.” The partnership also aims to empower Latina women to start businesses that will help them reach their desired success.
