Jennifer Lopez Flaunts Love As Ben Affleck Looks Unhappy On Vacation

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck recently seemed to get in a tense argument on vacation. And observers noted that Ben looked grumpy even as Jennifer flaunted what she tried to make look like a perfect romance.

But now a psychology expert has analyzed the couple. And this guru warned about clues to marriage problems for Lopez and Affleck. Get all the details below.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez spent their winter holidays in St. Bart’s. But observers noted that the two appeared to argue and look stressed amid a shopping excursion. And it added to rumors of marriage trouble that began soon after the two tied the knot in 2022.

However, pics of Jennifer and her husband Ben on vacation hinted at what an expert described as a problematic relationship. And both the actress and actor looked moody on a car ride amid their holiday, per the Mirror. 

Psychology expert Judi James observed what photos showed about Affleck and Lopez. And the body language specialist analyzed the two “on their getaway break in St Bart’s. Jennifer and Ben’s body language looks as fluctuating and as unsynchronized as usual.”

However, James shared her observations that the two seemed to vary between a public display of romance and a more private tension.

And the newest pics follow that trend. As a result, the psychology expert thinks that the two keep “veering between their signature moments of public passion that look set to define an idyllic relationship and what looks like moments of possible tension, especially from Ben.”

And Judi felt that Ben appeared “hunched and uncomfortable.” As a result, she felt that he seemed “tense and unhappy. His brow is furrowed here, there are vertical lines down the sides of his mouth and when he sits with a cigarette dangling out of his mouth his teeth appear to be clenched, adding to the suggestion of inner tension.”

But in contrast, Jennifer showed “a more regal style of body language posing even in the car.” And James observed that Lopez “leans in towards Ben with her head held upright and her closed lips curled into a charming-looking smile.

Their idyllic, ‘intimate’-looking moments seem to involve the kind of public kissing and hugging and adoring face-gazing that most couples rarely do in such a carefully choreographed-looking way.”

However, James questioned if the two try to “show their love to the world. But they might just be a mistake in terms of the ongoing narrative of their marriage, as the intensity of the signals will then contrast with the frequently-photographed looks of tension on Ben’s face during less photogenic moments,” she added.

And Judi pointed out, “Ben and Jen are Hollywood royalty, a truly successful power couple with a fascinating back-story of missed opportunity and finally ‘getting it right’. One thing actual royal couples learn though is to tone down the passionate PDAs as the more ‘normal’ body language moments will leave fans wondering what’s wrong.”

And she warned, “As long as Ben and Jennifer produce their Rococo, rom-com-style moments of utter passion in public the more fans will worry over body language like this in the car.

Even Ben’s idyllic PDAs can leave a feeling that they’re not totally to his taste. Just recently, when Jennifer, one of the world’s most desirable A-list women, was seen leaning in to gain his attention and a kiss while out shopping, Ben appeared to keep his attention and his eyes on the screen of his phone.”

However, James also observed signs of marriage problems. For instance, she pointed to Ben’s “grimmer facial expressions.

But there is clearly still the hint of a potential problem for the couple going forward in 2024 however much they adore each other.

Their previous split still seems to haunt them. Jennifer has even claimed they suffer PTSD from having been in the glare of the spotlight the first time around but that is exactly where they are again this time, with Ben’s body language suggesting he still finds it difficult.”

And overall, Judi feels, “Jennifer appears to adore posing for the camera and showing the world how idyllic their relationship is. But Ben’s signals suggest a man who might prefer some privacy.

They might need to re-brand as a more private couple like the Clooney’s if Ben really is feeling the kind of tension levels he suffered the first time and that seem to emanate from his body language now and again now.”
