Joe Giudice Says He Wants President Trump To Do Something About His U.S. Citizenship

Joe Giudice Says He Wants President Trump To Do Something About His U.S. CitizenshipJoe Giudice wants his U.S. citizenship back, and since his own attempts have been denied, he wants the newly elected President Trump to get him back. Here’s what he has to say about the US immigration status and his “big criminal” past

Joe Giudice Slams US Immigration

On Wednesday, Jan. 29, the former ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star revealed his continuing efforts to regain his US citizenship and return to his family. So far, it’s been an uphill battle, with blockades every step of the way, but perhaps a new President might change that.

“I got a lawyer working on something, but she’s been working on it. Hasn’t done anything yet. So I don’t know. We’ll see,” the reality TV star, 52, said of his immigration status. “I did get in front of the embassy and they denied me because I guess I’m a big criminal.”

He tried to throw his money at the problem by paying a “bunch of money” just to get in front of the embassy. But after being rejected despite that, he’s more or less thinking, “You know what? The hell with this crap I’m done.”

To top his anxiety, he recalled standing behind a “club owner” who really did look like a criminal, but was granted visa access regardless of his looks and vibes. When his turn came, it didn’t take five minutes for the embassy to reject his proposal.

Joe Giudice Shares Hopes “Nice” Donald Trump Might Give A Helping Hand

When a fan suggested that Trump might be able to help, Giudice seemed optimistic about it.
“When I met Trump, I mean, he was very nice to me,” he recalled. “I was very nice to him when we were on his show over there. I don’t know. I mean, I think he should get me back.”

For those who aren’t familiar with the story, Joe was deported after spending all his life in America when he was convicted of federal fraud charges.

In fact, he was convicted of the crime alongside ex Teresa – who he shares daughters Gia, Gabriella, Audriana and Milania with.

They took turns serving time: Teresa served an 11-month jail sentence before Joe served 41 months and was later deported to his native Italy in 2019.

He soon relocated to The Bahamas and has since learned to love it since it feels “Americanized.”
