A TikTok post showing a clip from Amber Heard’s and Johnny Depp’s trial quickly went viral. And it got viewed more than eight million times for what it showed about an exchange between the actor and psychiatrist Dr. Shannon Curry. As a result of Johnny and Shannon gazing at each other, the psychiatrist grinned. And viewers needed only that smile to call the scene a flirtation!

To play up the flirty exchange, the TikTok post capturing Depp and Curry included sexy music. “But that eye contact and the smirk,” commented the viral video. However, viewers discovered a problem in any possible real romance. Shannon reportedly possesses a husband. But that didn’t stop romantic fans by looking into the future.

For instance, one wrote, “I think I’d go ahead and have that affair LOL.” And another joked, “Jack Sparrow using his pirate eyes.” As for Curry’s married status? As one fan pointed out, “I mean… who wouldn’t smile at that man.”

However, the exchange between the psychiatrist and actor only reflected one surprise for viewers. For example, some giggled as Johnny Depp looked so bored that he kept drawing on paper and showing his doodles to his attorney. And others tried to hold back laughter when the actor confessed he could not name all of his movies!

But not all viewers of the trial have enjoyed the exchanges. And radio star Howard Stern got harsh in describing what he viewed. “The reason he wanted that on … he wanted it televised … is that’s what narcissists do,” accused Stern. “They think they can talk their way out of anything,” he added.

Howard called Depp a “huge narcissist.” And he linked the TV clips to Johnny’s belief that he could persuade watchers to side with the actor. As a result, Stern feels that Johnny has acted his way through his trial. 

“If he isn’t acting — I mean, he’s so over-acting,” added Howard. “Because he writes his own material as he goes along. You know, I gotta tell you, he’s wrong.” And in the end, the radio star views both Johnny and Amber as “two battling children. It’s just coming off really badly.”
