Justin Timberlake’s DWI Arrest – Here’s What We Know
Timberlake was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday, June 18 when police pulled him over after he sped through a stop sign. According to reports, he also was not staying in his lane while driving.
During his talk with police, he allegedly stated he only had one martini after being out with friends for dinner at the American Hotel.
Reports also claim he was pulled over at about 12:30 a.m. as police often patrol that area on the lookout for drivers that may be intoxicated, after midnight.
As per reports, Timberlake failed sobriety tests and refused a breathalyzer. He was then arrested and booked at the local jail. While there, he also refused a breathalyzer or chemical test to check the alcohol level in his system. He was detained until appearing before a judge, later that Tuesday.

Justin Timberlake’s DWI Arrest – Court Dates Make Things Sticky
Reports note that a judge ordered Timberlake to a court appearance on Friday, July 26. This also happens to be the date that his Forget Tomorrow World tour kicks off in Europe.
He is scheduled to appear in Poland for two nights – July 26 and 27. After those concerts, he’ll move on to a number of other venues across Europe.
Sources recently told The Sun that Timberlake’s team is working overtime to ensure these dates aren’t canceled, as the singer does not want to let his “fans down”.

Meanwhile, some are wondering where Justin’s wife, Jessica Biel was. As per reports, she was filming in New York City, and wasn’t by his side when he was arraigned on Tuesday. Neither Timberlake nor Biel have commented on the DWI arrest.
