The Kardashians spoilers suggest that Kanye West has numerous properties in Los Angeles and across the country. However, he spends most of his time traveling the world with his wife Bianca.

The couple is back stateside and they’re currently staying at the Chateau Marmont. They returned to California last month after traveling to Dubai, Italy, and Japan.

Kanye is reportedly renting an apartment in West Hollywood for $12,000 per month. Despite the high price tag, he’s been staying at the luxury hotel on the Sunset Strip.

An insider caught Ye and his wife at the hotel this past week. They’re still together despite the rumors about issues with their marriage.

“Ye and Bianca are still together, but they’ve been spending a little time apart recently after a lot of traveling,” the insider told The U.S. Sun. “He’s been holed up at the Chateau alone on occasion, and even his masseuse has been by to see him.

Bianca has been by the hotel but she is mostly at the apartment. It’s a strange set-up, but Ye changes his mind about his living situation from one day to the next, it’s hard to keep up with him.”

The Kardashians spoilers reveal that most rooms are currently available for $750 per night. Both celebrities and the elite stay there for months at a time.

Kanye West owns several properties in Los Angeles. He’s also selling his Malibu home for $53 million after the home was gutted by the storms.

Previously, rumors swirled that the Yeezy designer was homeless. In 2021, Kanye said that he would be “homeless in a year.” He called out society’s “capitalist rule.” In an interview with 032c, he claimed that he was “going to turn all the homes I own into churches.”

The Kardashians spoilers teased what Kanye West plans to do with these properties. He wants to start more orphanages in the United States.

Kanye told the publication that “it will be a place where anyone can go.” He compared it to an “artist commune” and said that “food should always be available.”

Kanye was also working on combatting homelessness in Los Angeles. He wants to provide education and resources to those in need.
