The Yeezy designer is already at the center of a lawsuit about allegations of assault. Now, Kanye West has been named as a suspect in a battery case. This is over claims that he punched out a man who allegedly assaulted his wife Bianca Censori.

Authorities are investigating the attack that took place in Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 16. TMZ was the first to report the news.

The report reveals that Bianca was assaulted and battered during the incident. Kanye’s rep told The U.S. Sun that Bianca wasn’t just “grabbed.” She was physically assaulted.

“‘Grabbed’ is a grossly inadequate description of what happened,” Kanye West’s rep told The U.S. Sun. “the assailant didn’t merely collide into her. He put her hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted.”

Kanye West and Bianca Censori immediately left the scene. Police arrived at the scene of the crime and found that the man didn’t need mental health treatment. Kanye has not been charged. However, he is still named as a suspect in the ongoing case.

Who Assaulted Bianca Censori?

Police haven’t revealed who allegedly assaulted Kanye West’s wife. Also, there is no video of the incident. The media approached the Los Angeles Police Department for comment. Kanye is at the center of his own allegations.

He’s currently facing a lawsuit from a former Yeezy employee. They claimed that the hip-hop artist “flaunted nude photos” of women in front of the employees. Ye also demanded one woman to “wear lingerie” in front of their employees.

Details of the shocking lawsuit were released earlier this month. According to the court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, the plaintiff Trevor Phillips claimed that he had an uncomfortable encounter with Kanye West on December 2, 2022. This came three days after Kanye finalized his divorce from his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

The men met in a hotel room at Nobu in Malibu, California. At the time of the incident, Kanye “FaceTimed a female friend.” He then “flaunted nude pictures of her to many of the staff members,” the complaint alleged.

A TMZ report claimed that Kanye also used anti-semitic, racist, and anti-LGBTQ language in that same conversation.
