Kendall Jenner Supports Jaden Smith Walking Out of Kanye West’s Show

Kendall has her ways. She doesn’t need to scream to send her message, even her whisper gets the job done. The “Donda” rapper Kanye “Ye” West is at it again, this time it’s over the choice of emblem he used to model the season 9 of his Yeezy collection which took place on Monday, Oct. 3 at the Paris Fashion Week Show.

Here’s how it happened, during Kanye’s Yeezy runway show, the rapper sported a t-shirt that has the inscription “WHITE LIVES MATTER” boldly written on the back. Now, the issue here is that there’s been a movement of #BlackLivesMatter which has been going on for over two years now, Kanye being a black man was expected to be a part of that movement but, Kanye’s runway show which featured Kanye and his right-wing political pundit Candace Owens sporting the white lives matter t-shirt was a slap to the face of most celebrities that came to honor the show and they didn’t waste time to slam Kanye for that.

Like I mentioned earlier, the inscription on Kanye’s t-shirt didn’t sit well with most celebrities that graced the occasion, celebrities like Jaden Smith, 24, came to the show but walked out because he wasn’t feeling the tag, the Karate Kid star took to his Twitter to give his two cents on why he walked out of the show. By 6:35 pm Jaden tweeted “I Had To Dip Lol,” by 7:12 pm he made another tweet saying “I Don’t Care Who’s It Is If I Don’t Feel The Message I’m Out.” Finally by 8:35 pm, Jaden rounded up his tweet with these three words, “Black Lives Matter.”

Kendall supported all three posts made by Jaden by liking all of them irrespective of Kanye being her sister Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband. The funny thing is, before Kendall showed her support to her pal Jaden, Kanye had dissed Vogue’s fashion editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson on social his Instagram because, Gabriella posted on her social media that Kanye’s move of sending those shirts down the runway was “incredibly irresponsible and dangerous.”

Guys, of course there’s no way Kanye will let Gabriella’s comments slide so he responded by reposting the lady’s pictures and mocking her style of fashion. Celebrities like Gigi Hadid, Hailey Bieber, etc., stood up for Gabriella, Gigi went on to tag Kanye a “bully and a joke.” The supermodel went on to diss Kanye inside one of the diss posts Kanye made for Gabriella, “You wish u had a percentage of her intellect, you have no idea haha…. If there’s actually a point to any of your s–t. She might be the only person that could save u. As if the ‘honor’ of being invited to your show should keep someone from giving their opinion? Lol.”

After putting Kanye in his place, Gigi then went and made a special post on her Instagram to appreciate the editor and throw some more diss at Kanye, she wrote: “one of the most important voices in our industry.” Gigi added that the editor “could school that disgraceful man in more ways than he knows.”

Amid other stars voicing their displeasure and disagreeing with Kanye for dissing Vogue’s editor, Vogue took it upon itself to release a statement that showered praises on Gabriella for voicing her opinion, and saying that the world needs more of Gabriella’s voice in this present time, Vogue also noted to the rapper singled out Gabriel to bully.

“Vogue stands with Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, our global fashion editor at large and longtime contributor. She was personally targeted and bullied. It’s unacceptable. Now more than ever, voices like hers are needed, in a private meeting with Ye today she once again spoke her truth in a way she felt best, on her terms.”
