Redditor Shares Before And After Shots
According to The Sun, fans are still gabbing about the Keeping up with the Kardashians veteran’s fashion ensemble from fashion’s biggest night as it seems she’s still sharing images from the star-studded night. Most of her fans are on point and supportive of the entrepreneur but some have taken issue with one of the images.
In the image in question fans could see that the reality TV star appears to have photoshopped her legs in the gown. One Redditor was quick and thorough, sharing both before and after images detailing the lie. Fan Makes Hobby Of Catching Kim Kardashian’s Photoshops
The SKIMS mogul showed off her curves to the cameras in the elegant dress as her equally dapper comedian beau gently guided her up the stairs. However, several sharp-eyed fans caught the mistake and commented on it.
Some fans caught the fact that the Hulu personality’s legs seemed to be photoshopped in the dress showing a lightly different image that the original. Pointing out the mistake the Redditor wrote jokingly, “My new hobby is looking at what silly stuff Kim edits from the professional event photos for her Instagram.”
Some Think Kim Kardashian Lowered Value Of Marilyn Monroe’s Iconic Dress
Other fans took to the Reddit thread to mock the model for her poor photoshopping skills with one writing, “Her knees??? I actually think they look better in the Getty image! Also dear god that dress does not fit her UGH,” while another agreed, writing, “I’m embarrassed for her.”
“Her left calf now has muscle!” Another Reddit user wrote while a fourth added, “Her knee disappeared!” Many fans apparently felt that Kardashian lowered the value of the iconic dress simply by wearing it on the red carpet.
“Does the dress now decrease its (symbolic, economic) value? Because Marilyn not being the last person who’s worn it… Just curious…” one user asked.
