Kourtney Kardashian And Travis Barker Are Now Trying To Conceive Naturally After IVF Failed Them

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are planning to grow their family and they’re ready to try any means necessary to conceive. After eight months of in-vitro fertilization, Kourtney and Travis are moving on with a more orthodox approach to conception.

Kourtney Kardashian Barker recently shared an update about her and her husband’s decision to welcome a child together.

In a scene from the second season of the Hulu series, The Kardashians, mom Kris Jenner and boyfriend Corey Gamble meet up with the then-engaged couple for dinner.

While having dinner, Kris Jenner wanted to know how far they’ve gotten with their plans to welcome a baby together.

“What is happening with the scrambled egg?” Jenner asked her daughter.

“We don’t know,” she replied. “We haven’t got an answer yet.”

In a confessional, Kourtney told the cameras that she’s trying another means to conceive. “After eight months of our IVF [in-vitro fertilization] journey, we took a break and wanted to try things naturally,” she admitted.

“The doctors had told us that we still have some really good-looking follicles and that it was the best they’ve seen,” Kardashian said.

“Everyone involved, including our natural doctors, felt we should give it one more shot with an IVF retrieval,” she later continued. “And so we did one final egg retrieval and we are just waiting on the genetic testing results, but it has made it to an embryo.”

In the dinner scene, Kardashian also explained to her mom and Gamble that they’re happy with the way things are going, adding: “We’re just waiting on the testing.”

In September, Kourtney, 43, called out social media users who guessed she was pregnant from a pic she took in her lingerie.

The reality star shared several pics from a recent photoshoot, dressed in a brown bandeau top and underwear.

In one of the pics, she posed in front of a mirror with her hand on her stomach, leading one user to write, “Wait a minute did I miss that she’s pregnant.”

Kourtney then shut down the rumor before it could grow by commenting, “Nope, but you’re missing a woman’s body.”
