Katie Holmes’ Daughter Suri Cruise Makes Singing Debut in Katie’s Latest Film

This news is everything amazing, I mean, being the daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, why won’t she be talented as well? Personally, I think it has to do with genetics. Although, for now, we’ve been made aware of Suri’s musical talents, it’s only a matter of time before her acting talent is unleashed to the world.

Katie must be so proud right now, I mean, it’s not every day that your child will feature in the song of the film you wrote, directed, and also starred in, so, Katie must be really proud.

The song Suri Cruise will be singing during the opening of her mom’s movie Alone Together is “Blue Moon”, and according to Katie, the movie is a romantic comedy that was inspired by the pandemic. Katie said she asked Suri to do it and she accepted so she let Suri sing and record it. Katie let Suri sing the song because she knows how very talented her daughter is. Katie said, “I always want the highest level of talent, so I asked her.”

The song “Blue Moon” was originally sung by Diane Keaton in the 2014 movie “And So It Goes”, Katie said the song has a special place in her heart because the legendary Diane met Suri when Suri was just one year old. Katie also said that seeing Diane in the 1987 film Bloom Doom had a hand in inspiring her to write Alone Together.

Katie also revealed that her 16-year-old daughter also sang in another movie “Rare Objects” which Katie wrote, directed, and starred in, last year. Katie went on to say that besides the two movies that Suri sang in, Suri is a kid in high school.

Katie began dating Jamie Foxx after her divorce from Tom but they broke up in 2019 after spending several years together. Katie then went on to date chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. in early 2020, she and Vitolo quickly became inseparable and seemed to remain close even after their split.

After Katie split from her ex-boyfriend chef Emilio Vitolo Jr., she pushed everything and anyone that came in the name of “dating” away from her. Wellllll…this year, she finally welcomed Booby Wooten III with open arms and this looks like it’s the real thing for them. Wooten marks the first man on Holmes’ arm since her split from chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. in May 2021.
