Kelly Clarkson just had a huge fangirling moment, and it’s not okay for anyone to miss it. The “Stronger” singer took to Instagram to pay tribute to none other than the GOAT herself, gymnast Simone Biles, who, frankly, needs no introduction.

Kelly Clarkson – Calls Simone Biles “Magnificent”
Simone Biles’ grand return to gymnastics deserves all the ovation the world can offer. After taking two years off to focus on her mental health, she’s not only back, she’s switched into a whole new mode.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the singer and talk show host commended the gymnast on her glorious skills, writing, “Look, I would settle for the ability to do a kart wheel like @simonebiles,” alongside a pic of a teary-eyed Biles, 26, holding up her medal after leading the women’s all-around gold at the World Gymnastics Championships in Antwerp, Belgium earlier this month.
“She is magnificent!! My gosh, I feel blessed to just get to watch her!” she concluded.
In 2021, Biles made her The Kelly Clarkson Show debut with fellow gymnast Jordan Chiles as part of their Gold Over America Tour.

There, they were treated to Clarkson’s very own “Stronger (What doesn’t Kill You)” and a clip of of the Gold Over America Tour group dancing on stage along to the empowering song while wearing pink workout gear and black zip-up sweaters.

Simone Biles is flying without wings, both literally and figuratively, following her Artistic World Gymnastics win on October 6.
“World championships!!!!! Whew Antwerp will always hold a special place in my heart,” Biles gushed in the caption of her post, which was written alongside series of photos of her doing her routine and a few of her winning the medal, including the one Clarkson shared.

“The first time I got a skill named after me was in this arena & 10 years later I got my 5th skill named….” she continued. “I’m speechless. I’m honored. I’m excited and I’m blessed! Doing it for the little girl who fell in love with the sport!!!!!”
Ever the grateful star, Biles thanked her fans for the love and support they’ve given and continue to give her.
