Okay, Kelly Ripa just got real about the latest round of accusations fired at Andy Cohen from a “Real Housewives of New York City” star.

Kelly Ripa Is “Offended” On Behalf of Andy Cohen After Leah McSweeney Accused Him of Using Drugs
Andy Cohen is once more finding himself under fire from one of a “Real Housewives” star. And this time, his newest attacker Leah McSweeny is taking no prisoners.
In February, the reality TV star filed a lawsuit against Cohen and Bravo, accusing them of knowingly putting her in scenarios that are intended to “exacerbate [her] disabilities” to “create morbidly salacious reality television.”
She went on to accuse Andy of cocaine use, saying that he has a “proclivity for cocaine usage with his employees,” adding that he “tends to provide the Housewives with whom he uses cocaine with more favorable treatment and edits.”

Well Kelly Ripa has kept quiet long enough and in the latest episode of her Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast, she defended her long-time friend.
“I know him, like, off-camera. I know him privately. We’ve traveled together. We’ve gone on vacation together, like, pre-him having kids, you know?” Kelly said to guest Kyle Richards.
“I’ve never seen a drug around him,” Kelly continued. “It’s like the most… I’m so offended by it. I’m so angry over it.”
Kyle confirmed Kelly’s sentiments by saying that she’s never seen him be anything but “professional.” She further vouched that she has “certainly never seen drugs around — or any of this.”

“It made me angry and it made me really sad because I feel like that’s the time that we’re living in right now,” Kyle added. “It’s very dangerous to make accusations like that. It’s not like it used to be. Right? So it really made me sad.”
A lot of Bravo stars have come to Cohen’s defense following McSweeny’s allegations.
