Kelly Ripa Stamps Her Support On Hubby Mark Consuelos Posing Nude

Apparently, there’s a new trend out there for people from ages 50 and above. Recently, some top names in the movie industry within the above age range have decided to live a little wild and bare it all out.

Stars like Halle Berry, Jennifer Lopez, and Gwyneth Paltrow, have shared photos of themselves posing nude for the camera and the trend is really making rounds.

On Friday, during “Live with Kelly and Mark,” co-hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos broached on the topic and aired their views on it. The conversation ended with an approval from Kelly to her husband to go and bare it all.

It was actually Mark, 52, who raised the conversation by asking, “Baring it all has no age limit, do you agree?” He went on to confirm his stance on the trend “I like it, I’m for it! Body positivity, why not?”

Kelly, 52, didn’t waste time in agreeing with her husband, “Of course — especially their bodies, my goodness. They are like, it’s like the Benjamin Buttoning of all Benjamin Buttons. Gwyneth Paltrow, Halle Berry, Paulina Porizkova, Jennifer Lopez, Martha Stewart.”

She also pointed out that she doesn’t age-shame people, “I’m not an age-shamer. Here’s what I am: ‘Live and let live!'” She went on to address people who fake anger towards things, “People get so up in arms. People get so fake-outraged over things, and it’s like, Calm down.”

At the mention of “calm down” Mark chipped in “Take off your clothes and calm down,” and Kelly immediately concurred, screaming, “Take off your clothes and calm down!”

Along the line, Kelly turned to Mark and asked, “What about you, would you pose nude? You’re over 50!” And without giving his answer a thought, Mark replied, “No, I would not.”

While Mark’s response might be coming from a place of privacy and not wanting to share with the world what is meant for his wife’s eyes alone, Kelly is of a different opinion.

Kelly said, “As somebody who has seen you [naked] many times, I highly encourage it.” She sealed her comment with, “It’s a real treat,” and a wink.
