Kelly Ripa’s Latest Career Update On Her Time Off Live

What I’m about to share right now calls for every bit of celebration for Kelly Ripa. The thing is, Kelly has been spending some time off the “Live With Kelly and Ryan” show which led fans to start thinking that the co-host Kelly, 51, is planning on leaving the show. Well, turns out that’s not the case, at least not yet.

Kelly’s time off Live was spent being productive and that could be seen through her latest social media uploads.

What Did Kelly Ripa Do With Her Time Off Live?

Like I said, Kelly made good use of her time off Live, she concentrated on working on her upcoming book titled Live Wire: Long-Winded Short Stories. News about Kelly’s debut book was first announced last year July 2021, and taking to her Instagram, Kelly excitedly said “Just announced! Live Wire by Kelly Ripa coming 2022 from Dey St. Books.”

This week, exactly at the start of this month, August 1, Kelly took to her Instagram to announce that she would be having a book tour for her debut book “Live Wire: Long-Winded Short Stories” by September next month. The post which had a picture of the cover of her book was captioned: “Equal parts thrilled and nervous to announce my book tour for LIVE WIRE! this fall. A BOOK TOUR! Imagine that.”

Kelly went on to reveal that she won’t be going alone on her book tour but will be joined by some group of people whose names we don’t know yet but Kelly described them as “sexy guests.” Kelly then urged fans to go to her bio to get the links for tickets.

Kelly’s debut book isn’t the only thing that calls for a celebration, as a matter of fact, I think Kelly’s family has been celebrating all week because two days after Kelly announced about her book tour, she made another announcement about the debut single of her only daughter Lola. Lola who studies music in school will be debuting her music very soon so, taking to her Instagram the proud mom announced; “6 days until Lola’s first single is out.”

Kelly Ripa — About Her Debut Book

Kelly’s upcoming book Live Wire: Long-Winded Short Stories, as summarized by Amazon would be a collection of Kelly’s real life experiences, from her childhood to how she met and married her husband, her life as a wife, a mother, and a worker it also talked about her experiences when she newly arrived on-set, her most happy moments, her most embarrassing moments, and lots more.

The book will be launched next month on September 27, and it’s now available for pre-order, you can get it in hardcover, audiobook, and a Kindle edition. Kelly will be visiting these places for her book tour; Red Bank, NJ on September 28, New York City on September 29, and Long Island, New York, on September 30.
