Kendall Jenner Says Kylie’s Pregnancy Was “Massive Birth Control Moment” For Her

Motherhood is not yet on Kendell Jenner’s mind, that part of her life going to come but for now, she’s just enjoying her life the best way she can.

In a newly released trailer for season two of Hulu’s The Kardashians which will premiere on Sept. 22, Kendall admits once again how she’s not quite ready to become a mom. In the trailer, Kendall revealed how when her younger sister Kylie Jenner was pregnant with her second son, would always complain about needing a night out. Kendall having witnessed firsthand what Kylie passed through while pregnant is very glad she’s not yet a mom.

“I need my first night out,” Kylie is seen telling her sister. “I haven’t had a night out in almost a year.”

The teaser then cuts to Kendall in a confessional. “This is definitely a massive birth control moment for me,” she said. “It’s a lot.”

During the recently ended season of ‘The Kardashians,’ in one of the May episode scenes, a scene featured Kris Jenner asking Kendall to freeze her eggs, even calling an OBGYN for Kendall.

The momager gushed about how “excited and proud” she is of her children during the Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians,” before telling the model that “maybe it’s time … to have a baby.”

Kendall nearly choked on her water, coughing multiple times before telling her mom, 66, how “uncomfortable” she felt. “You keep telling me, ‘You’re not getting any younger,’ but guess what? It’s my life,” Kendall, who has been dating NBA star Devin Booker since 2020, said. “I don’t know if I’m ready yet.”

Kris then asked whether Kendall was “sure” her life is her own before dialing up a gynecologist.

“Every year that goes by, the count goes down a little bit,” Kris said before the doctor eventually picked up. “For Kendall, if she has a partner, even if they’re not married, I usually recommend at least a cycle of egg freezing,” the OB-GYN said. “It would be a good time to freeze eggs.”

While Kris was “so happy” to have reached this conclusion, Kendall only felt more uncomfortable. “I still have a lot to figure out before I can, like, welcome a child into my life,” she said in a confessional. “I’m still, like, enjoying life on my own. And I’m OK with that right now.”

Speaking to Daily Pop last month, Kendall was asked who in her family pressures her the most to have a child, to which she replied: “Mom, 100 percent.”

She went on, “She will just randomly text me and be like, ‘I think it’s time,’ and I’m like, ‘Is this not up to me?!'” In response, momager Kris said, “Just your friendly reminder!”

But, this isn’t the first time that Kendall Jenner has been faced with questions about when she’ll become a parent. Earlier this year, Kris appeared on The Ellen Show and commented that Kendall would be the “next” out of her kids to give her a grandchild. “Who’s gonna give you your 12th grandchild, who do you think?” host Ellen asked, to which Kris replied: “I think it would be nice if it was Kendall… She’s the only one who hasn’t had a baby.”

“Does she want to have a baby?” Ellen asked, with Kris responding, “I think she would eventually love to have a baby.” Kendall, however, didn’t quite agree with her mum’s comment, telling host Ellen during her appearance on the show that she doesn’t have “baby fever” right now. She later said in an interview with Extra that she is not sure about having kids. “It’s not a yes,” she said. “I’m indifferent. I’m just living day by day.”

The 26-year-old continued: “But I do get baby fever a lot of the time… Especially with [Kylie’s] newborn… I hang out with all of [my nieces and nephews], and I’m like, It would be so fun to have one too. But, I’m chilling. I’m just living life right now as a free bird.”

Previously, Kendall told Vogue in 2018 that she is “ready to wait”, adding: “I want to have kids, but at, like, 28 or 29.”
