Kevin Federline Is Being Sued For Not Paying His Children’s School Tuition

It looks like Britney Spears is not the only person making headlines for all of the wrong reasons these days. There’s a new report that says her ex-husband Kevin Federline is also being sued for not paying his children’s school tuition.

Apparently, he owes a private school in the Los Angeles area more than $15,000. Here’s what you need to know.

According to Page Six, Kevin got slapped with a civil lawsuit after one Christian private school claimed that he and his wife, Victoria Prince, owe them more than $15,593 for their daughters Jordan and Peyton’s tuition.

The college preparatory school says that Kevin and Victoria breached a contract they signed back in 2018 “by failing to pay for services which had been provided on credit at their special instance and request.”

The school goes on to say that the couple “failed and refused and continue to fail and refuse to pay all or any part of the remaining balance due.”

The school is now asking for the money to be paid back, along with 10 percent interest per annum and attorney’s fees.

What’s Next For Kevin Federline?

Well, that’s not the only problem that Kevin has been dealing with in recent years. Last summer the former backup dancer said that his two sons with Britney Spears, Sean Preston and Jayden James, want nothing to do with their mother anymore. That’s because they are constantly left embarrassed by her behavior on social media.

The two boys also refused to attend her wedding to Sam Asghari because of it. Kevin also posted clips on Instagram from four years ago, which he captioned: “I cannot sit back and let my sons be accused in this way after what they’ve been through. As much as it hurts us, we decided as a family to post these videos. I hope our kids grow up to be better than this.”

So far Kevin himself has not made any additional comments about the matter.
