Khloe Kardashian’s fans expressed concerns about her. On Monday, February 19, she posted a new clip on her Instagram feed. Khloe thanked her fans for their support.

She won reality TV star of the year at the 2024 People’s Choice Awards. Khloe beat out her sister, Kim Kardashian.

The Good American founder was dressed casually in the new video. She wore a black long-sleeved T-shirt with a matching baseball cap.

Khloe accessorized with large silver hoop earrings and a dainty heart necklace. She still wore a full face of makeup for the video.

However, fans were more concerned about her appearance. They noticed that she was struggling to breathe as she spoke.

Some of those fans took to Reddit to react to Khloe’s speech. Most of them couldn’t help but notice how different she looked in the video. Albeit, Khloe used a filter to make her face appear slimmer.

“She can’t be able to breathe through her nose comfortably,” one fan wrote in the comment section.

“Obvious filter because of the eyes. Nose is shriveled. Lips are overlined as f*** and they’re crooked. What a mess,” another user noted.

“She no longer looks like herself. I know I’m stating the obvious but this is unreal,” a third user commented.

The Kardashians Star Drastically Changes Appearance

Khloe Kardashian admitted to having a nose job before. However, fans think she’s had one done recently. They noticed the drastic change in her appearance during her night out with her best friend Malika Hagg.

“Khloe’s ‘Barbie nose’ doesn’t complement her facial features,” one fan noted.

“Oh man, so sad. I can’t imagine looking in the mirror and seeing a completely different face, how do you cope?” another user asked.

In a previous episode of The Kardashians, Khloe confessed that her mom Kris Jenner encouraged her to get plastic surgery. She felt insecure as a little girl. Her mom would ask her if she would get a nose job. Kourtney admitted that she heard their mom talk about Khloe’s nose.
