For instance, a recent Instagram pic in which the 37-year-old proclaimed herself the “Queen” resulted in a flood of challenges.

“Do you have a secret?” mocked one of Khloe’s social media followers. And another got blunt about her transformed face: “Plastics!” responded the commentator. But Kardashian did get one supporter who suggested other reasons for the KUWTK star’s transformation. “Work out, eat clean,” noted the defender. 

But some of Khloe’s followers looked at her overall changes since her early days on KUWTK to speculate about specific plastic surgery procedures. For instance, one Reddit commentator claimed she now appears “unrecognizable.” And another questioned whether Khloe has undergone a nose job and lip procedures. As a result, some even trolled her. “Nose job gone wrong,” slammed the critic.

But aside from plastic surgery rumors, Khloe Kardashian also faces gossip about why she transformed her body. And one popular theory focuses on revenge against cheating baby daddy Tristan Thompson! As a result, fans think that Kardashian keeps losing weight.

But Khloe’s so-called revenge body represents more than showing Tristan what he lost. For instance, Kardashian has shared that she hated her label as the “fat, ugly sister” in the first KUWTK seasons, noted the Mirror. And the 37-year-old reality star even stayed in the background, giving Kourtney Kardashian, 42, and Kim Kardashian, 41, the spotlight. But then came her weight loss success. 

As a result of her physical transformation, Khloe proudly poses next to, rather than behind, her sisters. For instance, one recent Instagram pic showed Kardashian looking even slimmer than Kim. And fans gushed at her revenge body results. “So beautiful, inside and out!” enthused one of Khloe’s followers.
