But amid the enthusiasm for those pics, some of Khloe’s followers have created yet another conspiracy theory. And once again, it involves the KUWTK star’s cheating baby daddy, Tristan Thompson. As Instagram followers of Khloe Kardashian know, the busy reality TV star doesn’t often share photos taken in real time. But Khloe just made an exception. “I rarely post in real time,” wrote Kardashian for the Instagram caption to her photo.

In the picture, the star of Hulu’s upcoming “The Kardashians” show looks slimmer than ever. And her skin-tight turtleneck even sagged around her tiny waistline. But scrolling through the real-time photo sequence gave Khloe’s fans a surprise. 

The second picture in the KUWTK alum’s real-time series showed Kardashian’s face in intimate detail. As a result, fans noticed something different. Did those seemingly larger lips result from plastic surgery or an excess of makeup? In her third real-time posting, Khloe shared a video clip that offered various angles, adding to the confusion. “WTF… makeup?!” posted one critic. 

But most fans ignored the plastic surgery versus too many cosmetics debate to compliment Kardashian. For instance, one wrote, “Goddess!” And another chimed in, “But what a treat when you do [post in real time].” 

Khloe Kardashian Pregnancy Rumors Soar

While the reality TV star’s Instagram followers debate the plastic surgery versus cosmetics question, some of Khloe Kardashian’s fans focused on those pregnancy rumors. But would Khloe really forgive Tristan Thompson long enough to get pregnant with his second child? Well, maybe. And Kardashian’s fans came up with the wildest theory yet, pointed out the Sun.

As a result of Tristan, 30, confessing to fathering a baby with another woman, Khloe dumped him. But now fans believe that the 37-year-old has decided to use a surrogate to have another child with Thompson. And that would mean Kardashian and the NBA star remain connected.

For instance, one fan wrote, “All the sisters are obsessed with having kids close in age.” And the follower pointed out that Khloe’s daughter True, 3, seems like the perfect age to want a sibling. “I think Khloe still wants this, so I kind of hope it’s true,” chimed in another fan. “And it would make sense that she’s not saying anything about it because of the drama.”

But the conspiracy theories didn’t end there. For instance, some speculated that Khloe’s younger sister Kylie Jenner welcoming her own second child sparked Kardashian to long to follow in Kylie’s footsteps. “Also because of Kylie just having Wolf… they seem to like to have cousins around the same ages, too,” pointed out the fan.
