The Kardashians spoilers take a look into Kim Kardashian’s business relationship. On the latest episode of the Anything Goes podcast, host James English interviewed David Liebensohn, who accused Kim of committing fraud.
He claims that she ruined his life. One critic took to Reddit to post a screenshot of the podcast episode, which was titled “Exposing Kim Kardashian.”
The post reads: “Kim Kardashian’s allegedly committing fraud.” Critics of the famous reality TV family took to the thread to share their thoughts. However, most people aren’t surprised by these recent allegations.
One fan wrote: “They’ve all probably committed fraud.” Another user wrote: “This was big news a while ago. There was even a ‘Kim Kardashian ruined my life’ flair here for a while.”

According to The Kardashians spoilers, the news first broke in early 2023. Yet, the podcast episode was just released. It reveals more about David’s partnership with Kim.
He was the one who came up with the concept of Kimoji. He had a verbal agreement with Kim, which she broke. This led David later to create the website KimKardashianRuinedMyLife.com.

Kim Kardashian’s team called James to ask if he trademarked the Kimoji told. He told her that he didn’t. Kim’s team moved forward and trademarked the name. He claims that she stole it from underneath him.

The Kardashians spoilers reveal that James sued Kim, but was unsuccessful in his efforts. He was ordered to pay the Kardashians $400,000 in legal fees.
Kim’s lawyers were more powerful, they even garnished his wages. James revealed he had to live out of his car since they took all his money.
“Kim K ruined my life just so she could have her face and butt as an emoji,” the website reads. “I have nothing to lose now so I’m laying out ALL the facts. Kim K committed fraud, trade secrets, misappropriations, and more.”
According to The Kardashians spoilers, there’s no proof of whether David’s claims are true. However, the family was called out for their shady business practices in the past. They had many businesses that came and went over the years.
