Kim Kardashian BOASTS Beau’s Tattoo Tribute On Instagram Amid Pete Davidson SLAMS!

Kim Kardashian has never avoided potentially controversial Instagram posts. And so when the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” (KUWTK) star’s boyfriend Pete Davidson got a tattoo as a tribute to Kim, Kardashian promptly flaunted it on social media. But even as her followers debated the meaning of that tattoo, Pete faced some unexpected slams.

Pete Davidson faced a challenge in finding the perfect gift for his girlfriend Kim Kardashian. What do you get a celebrity gal pal who can buy out a jewelry store, designer clothing line, or florist shop on her own? Pete found the answer by giving up some space on his skin for a tattoo tribute. But as TMZ pointed out, the ink might seem premature. 

“My girl is a lawyer,” reads the SNL star’s tattoo, as shared on Kim’s Instagram. Because Kardashian has not yet passed the California bar, Davidson’s claim comes off as wishful thinking. However, some fans stepped up to defend the lovebirds.

For instance, one fan of Kim and Pete (dubbed “Kete”) wrote, “I’m a Kete fan.. who’s not for ♥️? However Kim’s equal to a Paralegal, which is not too shabby.” And another chimed in, “That’s sweet, it doesn’t have to be accurate. Who hasn’t at some point stated their beloved is the most this or that, beautiful, intelligent… blah blah blah, that’s what being in love is. Don’t hate on that people, there’s a lot more actual bullsh*t to hate all over the news.✌️”

Pete Davidson – Faces Backlash

But while some fans bask in the romance, others confessed their dislike for Pete Davidson. And the KUWTK Reddit community sparked a backlash. It all began with a confessional post. But though the original commentator just wanted to confess, other followers picked up the ball and ran with it. 

For example, one critic wrote, “I’ve never liked him ever since the time he did that whole thing with Ariana [Grande].  And then I’ve watched him move on from high profile relationship to high profile relationship with some of the most beautiful women in Hollywood…  I don’t think he’s particularly funny as a comedian, I don’t get the attraction aspect. And when I found out about the branding thing (tattoo) and his DMs with Kanye, I was just permanently convinced that he’s just not it.”

But others went even further. As a result of the criticism, one follower even suggested that Pete dump Kim and hook up with Miley Cyrus! “I would ship him and Miley vs him and Kim,” shared the fan. “They both have that messy look and for sure would look like they go together more.”
