The episode featured Kim shopping in Milan with some friends. And Kardashian sought help from pals Tracy Romulus, Chris Appleton and Mario Dedivanovic on finding the perfect present for Pete. But the reality TV star also shared her insights on her then-boyfriend’s past romances.

“Pete has the best heart,” gushed Kim. “I feel like people they have this like idea of him that he dates all these hot girls. And he does. But he’s just the sweetest, most thoughtful person. And I’m here in Milan and thinking about him, so just want to pick up just like a little thoughtful gift.”

However, the episode doesn’t feature what happened after that sweet shopping expedition. And soon after Kim brought home a New York Yankees baseball cap for Pete, Davidson and Kardashian split. But despite rumors that he dumped her, insiders insisted that Kim and Pete mutually agreed. Trying to coordinate their busy schedules reportedly made it impossible for the romance to last.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that Pete just made a move to wipe out his past from Kim. During their romance, Davidson famously got a tattoo boasting “My Girl is a Lawyer.” But this week, Pete stepped onto the set of his new comedy series, Bupkis, with a tell-tale bandage. And insiders speculate that Davidson’s appearance in New York City with the cover-up hints at his decision to erase the tattoo.
