And that meant an episode featuring Kardashian discussing sex with Davidson. But the 41-year-old added an unexpected twist to her revelations about the hookup, noted Page Six.

As the most recent episode of The Kardashians revealed, Kim decided to try a different way to heat up her hookups with Davidson. And then Kardashian found inspiration. As a result, the reality TV star told her grandmother MJ, 88, all the details.

“Pete and I were staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel last weekend,” noted Kim. “And we were sitting in front of the fireplace just talking for hours.” But the talk soon changed to action. “And I was like, ‘My grandma told me you really live life when you have sex in front of the fireplace.'”

After Kardashian told this grandmotherly suggestion to her then-boyfriend Pete, they decided to try it out. And Kim proudly told MJ what happened. “And so we had sex in front of the fireplace in honor of you,” added Kardashian.

But the 41-year-old then seemed to want to take back her confession. And she called it “creepy to think about your grandma before having sex.” However, MJ came up with the perfect response.

And first, Kim’s grandmother wanted to know more details. For instance, she wondered whether Kim and Pete enjoyed sex by the fireplace lobby or in their own room. However, then she saw the humor in Kardashian calling it creepy to think about her grandmother prior to sex. “But I was younger once,” teased MJ.

Despite that heated-up hookup honoring MJ, Kim and Pete didn’t survive a full year of romance. And after dating for nine months, the two split. “Kim and Pete have decided to just be friends,” shared one insider. “They have a lot of love and respect for each other.” But the source feels that “the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”
