Backgrid was the first to publish the photos of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s tearful reunion. The exes sat next to each other in a car and had an argument. At one point, Kim looked distressed. She cried in some of the photos.

Meanwhile, Kanye appeared upset. He made a fist as he spoke to her. The rapper wore a red, white, and blue hockey jersey over a red hoodie.

Kim Kardashian was unrecognizable without her makeup. Her dark hair was pulled back in a bun and she wore an all-black outfit with a light green tank top underneath. It’s unclear when these photos were shot.

Kim Kardashian is under fire for staging the photos. The user Savings-Barber4695 wrote on the KUWTKsnark subreddit: “Kimye Confrontation Photos Were Taken By Backgrid (Celebrity Hired Paps).”

As previously mentioned, the photos appeared on the Backgrid website. Fans took to the thread to share their thoughts.

Most of them noticed that Kim smiled in some of the photos. She made it look like she was crying. When she noticed the paparazzi, she smiled over at them.

“Slide 3 looks like he realized she called the paps on him and she looks like she knows he knows,” one fan wrote.

“Slide 4 definitely feels like he’s calling her out on it too, and she’s turned her head away from him to ignore him,” another noted.

Tearful Kimye Reunion Staged

Kim Kardashian apparently staged her reunion with Kanye. Some fans called her out for calling the paparazzi to document a private argument they were having. Kim staged it in order for the public to side with her during their divorce.

“This is why I despise her so much. She is such an attention seeker and so sick in the head for not being the centre of attention,” one fan wrote.

Some argued that Kim Kardashian would be the type to call the paps. It’s not like they were driving around and happened to come upon Kimye fighting.
