For instance, in one new Instagram photo, Kardashian sports an elegant pair of shades. But has the KUWTK star used that accessory to try to hide a recent plastic surgery procedure? After studying her newest photos, Kim’s followers wonder what lies beneath those over-sized sunglasses.

And fans in Reddit’s KUWTK community got detailed about what they suspected. For example, one wrote, “Kim wears the sunglasses to hide her recent face work.” And another sparked a debate over “her recent change in eye shape.” But one went even further. “Similar to how she dyed her hair blonde when she got a nose job!” mocked the critic.

While fans gossip, some plastic surgeons spill! As a result of all the rumors, one plastic surgeon got real about popular celebrity procedures, per Life & Style. Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond dared to dish on the most popular treatments for his star clients.

But that doesn’t answer the question. Did Kim Kardashian undergo any new plastic surgery procedures to change her eye shape? Dr. Diamond described the entire Kardashian clan as “huge fans of our combination treatments to keep their skin looking its best.” But no news got spilled about Kim in particular.

As a result of all those rumors, Kim herself has previously denied nose job allegations. “I love contouring and I don’t think I’d stop contouring my nose — I know people think I’ve had a nose job,” she admitted. “But it really is just makeup!”
