Kim would want Taylor to move on, but Taylor would sing that it’s only because Kim didn’t know the damage she did.
Source Says Kim Kardashian Doesn’t Want To Fan the Flames Of Her Feud With Taylor Swift
After “thanK you aIMee” dropped, Kim Kardashian lost over 120,000 fans on Instagram. While she wouldn’t sweat it too much – I mean she’s got more followers on the platform than Ms. Swift herself – she would feel the sting of it.
It’s especially irritating that it came a day after Kim posted a sweet birthday tribute to her sister Kourtney.
Hours later, the comments section of the post had become filled with swifties writing, “thanK you aIMee” in different variations.
The next day, Kim sorta replied in kind by sharing a picture of her and Karlie Kloss, one of Taylor Swift’s BFF. Fans thought it was a cheap shot, but “all’s fair in lyrics and pics, right?”
Anyway, while Kim is yet to directly address these new scathing lines written to her, a source close to the reality TV star and businesswoman recently told US Weekly how she feels about the song.
“Kim isn’t happy about it but doesn’t want to add fuel to the fire,” the source said, adding that Kim “had no idea she was going to be a part of this narrative.”
Neither did we Kim, especially since we all thought Taylor had decided to forget about you. I’m sure Swifties won’t fail to remember, “I forgot that you existed / and I thought that it would kill me but it didn’t.”
Even though Kim thought she was forgotten amid the whole “it wasn’t love / it wasn’t hate / it’s just indifference” thing, the source did say she the Skims founder “did think this could happen at some point knowing how Taylor writes her music.”
