Kim Kardashian Shares Her Shocking Employee Rules

Recently, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum Kim Kardashian, 42, had an interview with the IRL podcast. While speaking with host Angie Martinez, Kim made some shocking revelations about the rules she had her employees stick to.

It all started when Angie commented on her observation of the employees. The host observed that most of Kim’s employees are dressed in similar colors so she asked to know if there was a story behind it.

“The people who work here are all color coordinated. Is that intentional?” The SKIMS founder affirmed that it was intentional. She went on to say that what Angie saw was a uniform.

Shocked, Angie asked, “Stop! Is there really a uniform? Stop!” To which Kim replied, “Well, it’s not like, ‘hey this is like your uniform’, it’s just color palettes.”

Kim went on to list the colors of the outfits her staff are allowed to wear, “grays, heather gray, black, navy, white, cream, khaki. I mean, we can stick with all neutrals and not a lot of color blocking,”

She went further to say that she didn’t impose the colors on them, she sought their opinions before the deal was sealed.

“Like my house is so zen, and I asked how everyone felt about it and everyone actually said, ‘that would make our lives so easy. And once everyone was on board and thought it would be easier for them, I was like, ‘yes let’s do this’.”

Sometime three years ago, a former worker of the “Donda” rapper once revealed that Kanye has uniforms for his employees based on his mood. He might be in a bad mood and expect all his workers to put on black apparel.

Kanye also picked out outfits for Kim back when they were still married. Kim always gave shout-outs to her great fashion sense to her then-husband.

Back in April, after Kim had been declared legally single, and her last name retained, Kim donned a turtle neck leather outfit with a matching leather skirt, she added a pair of matching leather hand gloves to her apparel, and together the outfit created a flame look.

When fans of the rapper saw what the upcoming lawyer wore out to lunch, they decided to mock her dress by saying that since her split from Kanye, putting together a good outfit for herself has been disastrous. They mocked her for no longer having Kanye by her side to pick her outfits for her.

Kim Kardashian — Kim’s Response To Kanye’s Fans Over Her Choice Of Clothes

Speaking in a confessional, Kim addressed Kanye’s fans by slamming them for coming at her over her choice of wardrobe. Kim noted that if she had worn that flame-shaped Balenciaga outfit while she was still legally married to Kanye, his fans would have fallen head over heels with praise and adoration for the creativity of the cloth.

“Let me just say one thing about the flame outfit that everyone wants to talk about. On the internet [people] destroyed me and were like, ‘This is what she gets not being with Kanye. Finally, one look she dresses herself and Kanye’s outfits must have run out.’”

She noted that the backlash was all because she was no longer with their favorite hence the disrespect. Kim then went on to reveal that the flame outfit was originally picked out for her by Kanye back when they were still married.

“The tea is this was one of the outfits that he styled and picked out. So, if you guys knew that and if we were together, you guys would think it was the coolest outfit in the world. Everyone is so f—king fickle.”

In the past, when Kimye was still a thing, Kim Kardashian never failed to acknowledge Kanye for picking out her clothes for her. Recently, the mom of 4 admitted that she often gets panic attacks from having to choose her outfits since her breakup with Kanye.
