Kim Kardashian sometimes gets blasted for situations that occurred accidentally. For instance, the reality TV diva recently sparked a backlash for accidentally revealing her bald spot and thinning hairline.

But the latest round of clap-backs for Kim are related to something that Kardashian vowed she wouldn’t do. And her social media followers blasted Kardashian because she should know better, as revealed below.
Kim Kardashian Sparks Backlash
Been there, done that. Kim Kardashian just doesn’t seem to learn from her mistakes. And that seems evident in the newest backlash over the reality TV star’s style choices, per MSN.
In 2022, the luxury fashion company Balenciaga sparked outrage with a series of ads. One offensive photo shoot included children with teddy bears dressed in bondage attire. And now Kim stepped out wearing Balenciaga clothes again.
The company previously apologized for the ads. And a creative director took ownership for the use of teddy bears wearing bondage outfits paired with children. “I want to personally apologize for the wrong artistic choice of concept for the gifting campaign with the kids,” he said. “And I take my responsibility.”

But since then, celebrities who wear Balenciaga keep getting slammed for supporting the brand. And Kardashian just shared pics in which she donned clothes that show off the Balenciaga label. As a result, her followers slammed her.
Kim Kardashian Claimed To Reconsider Designer
And as Kardashian’s followers pointed out, the reality TV star went through this cycle before. At the time, Kim promised to rethink her choice of Balenciaga. But one follower asked, “Why you still wearing balenci?” And another pointed out that as the mother of four, it seemed particularly offensive.
In 2022, Kardashian had promised to reevaluate her links to the designer. And reflecting on the offensive ad campaign, she shared that as the mom of four children, she felt “shaken by the disturbing images” of the ads. But Kim became even more adamant later.

And on social media at the time, she wrote, “The safety of children must be held with the highest regard and any attempts to normalize child abuse of any kind should have no place in our society — period. I have been quiet for the past few days,” added Kardashian.
However, she then shared that she felt “disgusted and outraged by the recent Balenciaga campaigns.” And she explained that she stayed silent “because I wanted an opportunity to speak to their team to understand for myself how this could have happened.”
But despite that comment, last year Kim appeared in a fashion shoot for the brand’s summer 2024 collection. And Kardashian also wore Balenciaga again last year during a trip to Tokyo.
