Kim Kardashian Takes Legal Action: Sole Custody Sought Due to Kanye West’s Behavior

Kim Kardashian isn’t going to keep turning a blind eye to Kanye West’s antics, which has included anti-Semitic comments and calling on President Trump to release “brother Diddy” from prison.

And she’s willing to take it back to the court room to protect her four children from a father who may be exposing them to things that they are too young to experience.

Even though the kids are nearly almost with their mother Kim, 44, they still visit their father every once in a while, provided Kim’s nanny and security are present.

The troubled rapper, 47, currently shares physical and legal custody of their four kids, North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5, but according to a source, this may not hold for long.

“Kim wants to underline the point that she has never not allowed Kanye to have the kids and to be their father,” a source told The U.S. Sun. “No one is preventing him – he’s the one who chooses to live in Tokyo much of the time. She would love nothing more than to see him take an active interest in parenting all four kids.”

While Kanye’s actions in recent times have always come with a huge dose of questionability – browse him if you aren’t caught up with his antics – his most recent ones might well take home the cake.

Apart from praising Hitler, parading a see-through Bianca Censori at the Grammys red carpet, and including North’s vocals in a rap song featuring accused sex offender P Diddy, he is apparently exposing her to men charged with human trafficking.

A terrified Kim reportedly had her daughter pulled from Kanye West’s house after her security team alerted her that the rapper would soon be hosting Andrew and Tristan Tate – brothers who have been charged with human trafficking in Romania.

This new development reportedly scared Kim so badly she now wants to apply for sole custody of the children.

In recap: Kanye kicked off this week by hurling strings of unfounded accusations at Kim, calling her a “sex worker” and a “sex trafficker and making alarming comments about former friend Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s children.

Even though he nearly always doesn’t see them, he also claimed he would fight for sole custody of his kids.
