Kourtney Kardashian Calls Out Kris Jenner’s ‘Cheap’ Gift-Giving Habits

Kourtney Kardashian is not biting back her tongue when it comes to a certain someone gifting fake accessories. In a new episode of Hulu’s ‘The Kardashians,’ the reality TV star reminded her mother of the time she bought them knock-off presents.

This interesting information was shared as Kris Jenner continues to plan her mother’s 90th birthday bash.

Kourtney Kardashian knows how to keep her mom facing reality. In the March 20 episode of the reality TV show, Kris is reminded of the time she may or may not have bought her kids fake Chanel during the family’s early forage into television.

Naturally – like all secrets that are bound to come out – one thing led to another and suddenly, Kourtney was spilling Kris Jenner’s gift faux pas.

Kourtney reminded Kris that her gift giving track record hasn’t been flawless when they were on a video call to chat about Kris’ mom’s upcoming 90th birthday.

Kourtney remembered the moment she and her siblings received fake Chanel watches while showing the Chanel scarf party favors.

“You said that they were stolen off of a truck,” the ‘Lemme’ founder revealed, before diving deeper into the story and even naming the source of the tip. “Kathie Lee Gifford told you that they were hot off a truck and that they were real.”

In her confessional, Kourtney shared more details about the moment she talked about with her mom earlier.

“Year one of our show, my mom gave us all these Chanel — ‘Chanel’ — watches for Christmas. And they just slowly started chipping and the diamonds would fall out and we were like, ‘Mom, these watches, if these are real, that’s crazy.’ Then she’s like, ‘I bought them from a truck.’”

When the scene cuts to Kris’ sitdown, the momager acknowledges that she doesn’t necessarily remember whether the said accessories were real or fake Chanel. Don’t worry, she did admit that she may be “pleading the fifth.”

These days, the momager can likely smell a fake luxury item from a mile away.
