However, after three children, Kourtney finally called it quits with Scott. 

But Disick himself didn’t feel ready for that split. And as he watched her date various guys, Scott got repeatedly upset. However, Kourtney’s decision to tie the knot with Travis Barker hit the hardest. And a feud quickly flared involving both Barker and Disick. For instance, Travis skipped her son Mason Disick’s Bar Mitzvah.

And insiders shared that the “tension” between Barker and Disick has become noticeable to those in their inner circle. As a result, Kourtney has avoided Scott. And in part, that estrangement stems from the fact that Travis “wasn’t comfortable with some of Scott’s actions,” revealed an insider via OK magazine. “He feels like Scott has taken advantage of Kourt’s easygoing nature and hasn’t shown up as a parent the way he should have.”

Because of Barker’s war with Disick, Travis has urged Kourtney to steer clear of the husband of her kids. And an insider explained the drummer’s reasoning. Because Kardashian and Disick spent so much time “so on and off for so many years,” the musician believed that Kourtney and Scott “needed a clean break.”

And since tying the knot in their extravagant ceremony in Italy in May, Barker has succeeded in changing his wife’s approach to co-parenting with Scott. For instance, Kourtney now feels “happy to co-parent with Scott,” shared the source. “But that’s where she draws the line.”
