Kris Jenner Reveals How She Found Out About Kourtney’s Pregnancy Announcement

Just like every non-member of the Kardashian family heard about Kourtney’s pregnancy on the news, so did her mom Kris Jenner and she’s not so happy about it.

A teaser of the upcoming episode of “The Kardashian” season four’s finale which will be aired next week gave viewers details of how Kourtney broke her pregnancy news to her husband Travis Barker.

Also from the clip, viewers got to see how shocked Kris was for not being given a heads-up about how Kourtney planned to reveal the news.

In the clip, the Poosh founder held up a large sign that has the inscription “TRAVIS I’M PREGNANT” boldly written in caps lock at the LA stop on Blink-182’s tour. Paparazzi captured Kourtney with the sign on camera.

In a confessional, Khloe revealed, “She found out on the news, my mom. She wasn’t very happy….” Kris on her part shared that when she woke up to the news, “I thought I was being Punk’d,” Kris went on to add, “She forgot she had a family.”

Kourtney’s surprise didn’t end there. She also went ahead to tell Kris about her plans to do a gender reveal party just 24 hours before the party. Kris couldn’t even hide her shock and screamed, “You’re telling me the day before? That’s so Kourtney.”

Kris Jenner — On Kourtney’s Baby Number Four

The Lemme founder welcomed her fourth child Rocky Thirteen Barker on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. Apart from Rocky, Kourtney is also mom to Mason, Penelope, and Reign with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, while Travis shares Landon, Alabama, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya with former partner Shanna Moakler.

Last month, the 44-year-old shared during her interview with “Vanity Fair Italia” how she took in with her fourth child. The story came after Kourtney replied to trolls’ criticism of getting pregnant at 44. “Those comments don’t affect me,” said Kourtney in the October 13 interview.

Before going on to ask, “To those who make them, I just say: how dare you question God’s plan?” She further revealed her reason for calling her pregnancy “God’s plan.” According to her, she and Travis had given up on having a baby before she conceived.

The Poosh founder said, “That’s how I see this pregnancy. It arrived when both Travis and I no longer even thought about it, and when I had stopped fertility treatment. When we stopped forcing the process, then it happened.” Speaking with the outlet she said, “I like being pregnant. I’m obsessed with the idea of being pregnant!”
