The “Kylie Cosmetics” founder Kylie Jenner recently came under fire after the release of her new promotional ad for her new fashion brand Khy.
The ad video which was posted alongside shots of Kylie in a black long sleeve top and black leggings, highlighted her frame very well thereby making it obvious that Kylie’s stomach shrunk in size.
Following the observation, fans quickly jumped to the conclusion that the 26-year-old had gone under the knife and got her tummy tucked. Taking to an online chatroom, fans shared their opinions on Kylie’s new body.
Someone wrote, “You can really see how jarring the juxtaposition of her straight up and down waist is in comparison to her extreme bbl hip/butt curves,” one person theorized.” And another shared, “She’s so skinny now that her hips, butt and boobs look so out of place; and her jaw, cheeks and filler makes her face look massive and unbalanced.”
Kylie Jenner — Kylie’s Fashion Company Got Trolled
When Kylie launched her fashion line, she shared a promotional video featuring her in different apparel and told her followers, “I can’t believe I’m finally sharing Khy with you. Khy seamlessly blends designer fashion with everyday style into highly edited drops, starting with Faux Leather + Base Layers. The first of many releases from Khy, spanning a diverse range of categories and styles.”
After watching the video, trolls went straight to the comment section to accuse Kylie of stealing another designer’s designs. A troll wrote, “Heard you stole the designs! Just saying!”
A second added: “You know she stole the designs. Everything she does is unoriginal.”A third questioned “Isn’t this the line you ripped off from another girl?” and a fourth said, “It’s a designer from London who sent her drawings six months ago, and she allegedly used those.”
Meanwhile, a few months ago, Kylie’s latest lipgloss “Gloss Drip” from her makeup line was slandered as cheap after Kylie shared ads to promote the lipgloss.
Someone took a screenshot of the ad to an online forum with the caption, “I do love Kylie and all… but tell me how her gloss product doesn’t look cheap.”
That being said, someone rushed and commented, “I like some of the photos for this promotion! This product does look a little childish and cheap-ish, though.” The comment prompted a third person to add, “Looks like a TikTok business.” A third added, “The marketing is just totally off. I don’t understand the insistence on the constant male gaze aesthetic when the main people who they are selling to are women??”
