Kylie Jenner – Loses Billionaire Status
The Hulu star lost her billionaire status. Kylie Jenner went missing from the Forbes 2021 list of billionaires. That came a year later after she was called a self-proclaimed member of the billionaire club. At the time, she was estimated to be worth around $1 billion.
That dropped down to $900 million. She earned money from her Kylie Cosmetics company, which was valued at around $1.2 billion. She sold 51 percent of the company to Coty for $600 million. There’s no doubt that Kylie made money from her makeup company, but it wasn’t at the amount that Forbes originally claimed.
The outlet accused Kylie and Kris Jenner of hyping their wealth in the financial documents they sent. Forbes alleged that the mother-and-daughter duo gave them tax returns “that were likely forged.” It’s similar to what politicians and other celebrities do to make themselves appear richer than they are.
As a result, Forbes concluded that Kylie’s wealth was “just under $900 million.” It has since been adjusted to $700 million in recent years. Kim Kardashian is now a self-proclaimed billionaire with the success of her shapewear company, Skims, and her skincare company. Still, some fans have their doubts.

Promotes Shady Instagram Giveaway
Fans assume Kylie Jenner is hard-up for cash these days. She has been promoting shady Instagram giveaways, which are scams. No one ends up winning what’s photographed in the person’s Instagram post.
One fan took to Reddit to share a screenshot of Kylie’s recent Instagram post. She’s surrounded by Christian Dior handbags. Kylie rests her head in her hand as she smolders at the camera. The 25-year-old wears a black leather coat with matching sheer knee-high boots.
The fan wrote, “Money must be running dry. Self-proclaimed ‘billionaire’ Kylie’s funds must be drying up because she’s back to doing these sketchy Instagram giveaways. No one ever seems to win.”

Other fans took to the thread to share their input. One noticed that Kim promoted a giveaway with Scott Disick. Others called Kylie Jenner a “flop.” Some were sad that she sticks to the “same boring poses and faces” that she thinks make her look sexy.
This has led some to wonder if the Kardashian-Jenner clan are really still billionaires. If they were so rich they wouldn’t succumb to these giveaways. They’ve been criticized for living beyond their means and taking out loans to purchase no homes.
