Lamar Odom Shares How He Feels About Rob Kardashian Years After Divorcing Khloe

The former NBA star Lamar Odom and the Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian tied the knot in 2009 and divorced in 2016.

During their brief marriage, Lamar was pretty close with his then-brother-in-law Rob Kardashian by virtue of the bond between Khloe and Rob.

In a recent interview with E! News’ Francesca Amiker, Lamar shared how much he appreciated having Rob as his brother when he was still a part of the Kardashian family.

The 44-year-old athlete shared how he grew up with no siblings and how being a sibling to Rob even though it was for a few years meant a lot to him. “I don’t have any siblings,” said Lamar while adding, “It was cool to me to have somebody come in my life and play that role. I learned from it.”

As for what he thinks of his ex-wife Khloe and her family, he said, “Once a family, always a family! I want everybody to be happy. Khloe is strong and is someone who I’ve always looked up to.

She’s always looked amazing to me.” After Lamar, the “Good American” co-founder went on to have a relationship with now ex-partner Tristan Thompson and together they share two kids, True, 5, and Tatum, 20 months.

It’s not news that Khloe and her kid brother are as close as 5 and 6, so, when Rob turned 37 last month March 17, Lamar took to the comments to send his love to his friend-turned-brother. Lamar’s comment reads: “My Family!!” To prove that although he’s no longer married to Khloe, he still sees Rob as his family.

However, Lamar’s comment got several reactions from fans who thought his comment was cryptic. A snapshot of his comment was later taken to Reddit for proper analysis by the ones who saw it as a PR stunt.

Someone wrote, “I mean it’s bad, but I’m definitely here for the tea.” Someone else added, “Lamar really needs to get a grip. It’s so cringe to see him try to weasel his way back in.”

The same commenter continued, “Every year he does or says something pertaining to Khloe which is crazy because he’s one of the main reasons why she is the way she is is and why she let Tristan walk all over her for years. Lamar’s cheating and drug use broke Khloe and she never fully recovered from that.”

A third alleged, “He never truly loved her. His behavior towards her was horrific. He has said disgusting things about her. He’s got significant psychological issues on top of brain injury from overdosing and excessive addiction issues.”
