Leslie Odom Jr and his wife, actress Nicolette Robinson have welcomed a baby boy, their second child together.
The Oscar-Nominated Actor Revealed That His Wife Gave Birth A Week Ago.
On Thursday, the Hamilton star announced that Robinson had given birth to their son, Able Phineas, one week ago. He shared Instagram pictures of the adorable new addition to their family, with one post picturing their daughter, Lucy wearing a tiara and holding her baby brother.

The couple had announced they were expecting their second baby in November and after revealing the birth. Odom Jr. marvelled at his wife’s strength, posting “”More life! One whole week with our Abe. “Watching Nicolette give birth to these kids…? Simply, the bravest acts I’ve ever witnessed from a foot away. I love you, sweetheart and I am in awe. Our little family bursts at the seams with joy! And gratitude,”concluding with, “ Able Phineas 3/25/21 ♥️ More life.”
He Updated Fans Describing His Family, Including His Wife And Daughter As “Happy”
The 39-year-old Broadway star also gave an update on his family during a Screen Actors Guild Awards virtual press conference on Thursday , saying ““He gave us four and a half hours of sleep last night which I will take any day … that’s like college-level baby sleep right there. We’re good. We’re just so happy. My daughter’s so happy.”
He continued, “My wife is happy to have him out of the belly and into the world. Watching her give birth was the bravest thing I have ever witnessed. I mean, truthfully, I don’t know how women do that. We’re very happy.”
Odom Jr Also Has Exciting Things Happening In His Career As Well Having Bagged An Oscar Nomination This year
Odom Jr. has exciting things happening not only in his personal life but on the career-front as well. The actor who has been nominated for Oscar Best Supporting Actor for his performance as Sam Cooke in One Night in Miami as well as Original Song for performing and co-writing “Speak Now” from the film. He had spoken of how close his wife was to her due date in an interview about his nomination last month, joking, “Look, I gotta go inside and check to see if she hasn’t gone into labor right now. Like, we’re like that. It is any second!”
