It usually comes across as light-hearted banter that hints they’re all in on the joke. However, there are times when tensions rise on the set of the show.

Kelly Ripa sometimes gets irritated with the crew. She admitted that her day started on a bad note. Things got worse as the day went on. Kelly noticed an error that caused her to clash with the crew.

Kelly and her husband Mark Consuelos took the show on the road. They covered the Oscars and traveled to Las Vegas. Some things are bound to go wrong when you run a live show on the road. However, this issue took place in the live studio.

Kelly couldn’t keep this issue to herself. Her irritation grew during the live show. Even Mark was confused by her reaction. He didn’t realize what was going on until she looked up at the ceiling.

Kelly Ripa Calls Out Crew Mistakes

During a recent episode, the live audience was seated. Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos walked out to wave at the crowd. Mark helped his wife find her seat before seating himself.

The couple talked about the chilly weather coming to New York City. They also shared lifestyle tips and discussed other topics.

Things changed when their voices “started echoing over the microphones,” according to Monsters and Critics. When Kelly welcomed the audience to the live show, her eyes went immediately to the ceiling. She noticed that her voice echoed. Mark and his wife wanted to know what was going on.

Kelly Ripa added, “It’s gonna be a rocky show.” Mark was flustered. He didn’t know what to say next. Kelly slowly said, “Did everyone have a good St. Patrick’s Day?” She rolled her eyes as she said it. Mark tried to speak, but Kelly told him, “I think Mike just cut your whole feed.”

Mark Consuelos brought up the series Naked and Afraid. The spotlight turned on. Kelly looked up at the ceiling again and exclaimed, “Everybody’s first day up there? [Michael] mark this show for next year’s Emmys!” She blamed producer Michael Gelman for allowing the sound mishap.

The studio audience laughed in response. Mark blamed the crew issues on the Spring Equinox. Kelly Ripa looked irritated by what happened backstage.
