Local Fire Department Launches Investigation After Marc Anthony’s Bungalow Catches Fire

Investigation is being carried out on Marc Anthony‘s Dominican Republic property, which he shares with his fourth wife, Nadia Ferreira, after it caught fire. The couple were not at home at the time of the incident. Here’s everything that’s been uncovered so far from the ongoing investigation.

According to sources, there were no injuries within the staff present during the Thursday incident at the Casa de Campo home in La Roman. The “I Need You” singer and his family were also not at the property at the time.

Per a representative, the fire did not damage the “main house.”

“The fire started on the left side of the property in the area where the bungalows are located,” the representative noted. “The main house did not suffer any damage and the fire department has everything under control and started an investigation.”

Local news show El Gordo y La Flaca aired the smoke and billowing orange flame, which was captured via drone. Additional drone footage showed how firefighters successfully put out the flames.

Despite their quick and competent response, they were not quick enough to save the bungalow from burning to the ground.

The singer’s rep further added of the incidence: “The main house did not suffer any damage and the fire department has everything under control and started an investigation.”

The bungalow is mainly used to house guests during important occasions, like the wedding of Anthony and Ferreira. The couple tied the knot in January 2023, after becoming engaged three months into their date.

A few months later, the couple welcomed their first child together, writing, “God’s timing is always perfect. Happy Father’s Day.”

In June, they celebrated the little one’s first birthday. Ferreira shared a post in Spanish, which in English translates to, “Today marks one year since you came into the world, to teach me so many things… one of them being the greatest love that exists… being your mother, my son. There’s no way to explain the infinite love I feel for you and the excitement of watching you grow and teaching you new things every day. Happy birthday to the greatest blessing of my life. My beloved Marco!”
