Lorenzo Lamas Weighs In On Daughter Victoria’s Friendship With Leonardo DiCaprio

The news making round the Internet is how the star of “Wolves Of Wall Street” Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted with the 23-year-old daughter of Lorenz Lamas, Victoria Lamas eating on a table.

As Leo is notorious for dating younger girls, seeing Victoria with Leo was bound to spark relationship rumors. And it did. Well, Lorenzo has come to clear the air on the relationship speculation.

Lorenzo Lamas – Says Of Victoria “She’s Very Smitten”

Speaking with the “New York Post” on Dec. 28, the star of Falcon Crest shared that his daughter likes the “Inception” actor very much. He also shared the advice he gave his daughter concerning her friendship with Leo.

Lorenzo said, “I told her to treat the relationship like a holiday—just enjoy it as much as you can for as long as it lasts. And if it lasts for more than a typical holiday, great. But if not, then just guard your heart, you know? Because she’s very young.”

Lorenzo also made it clear that his daughter was not in any relationship whatsoever with Leo. “They’re friends, they’re not in a serious relationship. And I just want that to be clear. They’re just friends, but she is smitten, of course.”

Continuing, he said, “And that was my cautionary tale to her: Just take one step at a time. But as of now, they’re not an item. They’re not exclusive to each other.“

Lorenzo also shared that his daughter met the actor last month. “I know she likes him very much. I think they met last month. I’m not sure of the circumstances, but that’s what she told me.”

Victoria Lamas – Doesn’t Want To Send A Wrong Impression

Lorenzo explained his reasons for putting it out there— I mean explaining what’s going on between Leo and his daughter. “I only talked to you because I felt it would be a positive thing, but she does not feel that way.”

He went on to explain that his model daughter Victoria doesn’t want Leo to think that she made the public believe that something is going on between them while nothing is up. “she does not want that out there because that would be really bad. It’d be embarrassing for her if he should happen to read something that said that they’re dating and they’re not.”

A source told “Page Six” that Leo and Victoria “were seated (not next to each other) at a big group dinner” the source also said “they were also joined by a number of other people in the car” during their outing.
