Madonna Madonna is letting it all down…her hair, that is. Posing topless for Instagram and setting the social media platform on fire, the singer/actress looks absolutely flawless, proving that when you’re Madonna, 62 is the new 32!

Or as Madonna wrote in the caption for her new topless photo on Instagram: “Why do I have to Explain Everything……..,…..”

With her long hair flowing over her impressive cleavage, the singer/actress showed off her toned arms and smooth complexion. And although Madonna wore an ornate necklace, her jewels did not distract her fans from her turn-back-the-clock ageless beauty.

Madonna doesn’t need to explain her topless photo… but she does have some explaining to do about how she manages to look so young in her 60s!

The singer/actress works for that perfect body and complexion with a combination of diet and exercise. Here’s what we know.

When it comes to her food, Madonna follows a macrobiotic diet. The singer got hooked on this healthy lifestyle by her ex-husband, Guy Ritchie.

Madonna’s diet features:

● Vegetables
● Legumes
● Fish
● Whole grains that are wheat-free
● Soup

And although the singer seeks to steer clear of dairy, meat, eggs and wheat, Madonna does occasionally indulge.

“My most fattening indulgence is either pizza or french fries. Or potato chips, actually. Love them all,” she has admitted.

Madonna – Fitness

Madonna’s fitness trainer Craig Smith revealed that the singer works out six days every week. And we’re not talking relaxing on a recumbent bike while watching TV either.

The now-62-year-old stays forever young with a mixture of:

● Martial arts
● Boxing
● Yoga
● Circuit-training
● Interval workouts
● Resistance exercises
● Bar training using light weights
● Push-ups
● Abdominal exercises like planking
● Stretching

Noting that she stays energized with six small meals daily, Madonna’s trainer also shared that she even works out when she’s touring. The goal: “We focus on elongating the muscles … and maintaining a svelte, lean dancer’s physique,” explained Smith.

Madonna’s yoga guru Paramaguru Sharath Jois also revealed what he tells his famous students like the “Material Girl” singer.

“They should keep a regular one hour [aside for yoga] practice every day,” said the yoga guru.

And for those who feel stressed at the idea of setting aside an hour a day, Jois has some encouraging words.

Today, when stress is prevalent in every human, it gets hard to manage your own life sometimes. That’s when yoga comes into play. It helps you manage yourself so you can manage everything around you,” explained the Ashtanga yoga expert.

Based on those Instagram pics, it looks like the “Take A Bow” singer is managing sticking to her diet and fitness plan without stress! Take a bow, Madonna.
