At this point, she just can’t help but roll her eyes over it. There’s a new report that suggests Melania Trump is once again being mocked for her ‘poor’ English.

This, despite the fact that she’s the First Lady of the United States, has lived in the country for several long decades and doesn’t have an issue communicating, nor does she have a problem granting interviews in her second language.

But on the day that she became the first First Lady in the history of the country to preside over the United Nations Security Council, late night television took a jab at her accent.

Jimmy Kimmel, who has made it no secret that he is not a fan of President Donald Trump or his wife for that matter, took aim at the First Lady during his late night talk show on Monday night.

“This is the first time ever that a first lady has presided over a Security Council meeting less than 72 hours after her husband started a war,” Kimmel said.

He continued, “It looks like the worst season of The Bachelorette yet. But even though it was her first time, Melania handled it like a seasoned old pro.”

If that weren’t enough, he played a few clips in which Melania appeared to stumble upon some of her words. Now, that’s not to say that she didn’t know what she was talking about. Instead, she might have just been a little nervous.

But Kimmel went on to mock her by saying, “My husband wanted to be here but your escalator is trying to kill him.”

He also rolled his eyes when he said, “The first lady was there reportedly to promote education, and as a means to advance tolerance and peace around the world.”

“Those poor UN translators. I mean, how do you say ‘democratinizing’ in Chinese? In fairness, she had a very long day trying on hats.”

So far Melania Trump herself has not made any comments about the criticism she’s received.
