North West Drops Career Bombshell – Kim & Kanye West’s Daughter Wants A Surprisingly Normal Job

North West may be the child of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, aka Ye – two of the hottest celebrities in Hollywood right now – but she’s got pretty average dreams.

The youngster, who recently got into rap and growing her audience across her socials, recently revealed that she wants to work at Starbucks. Doesn’t get more ordinary than that, I’ll tell you that.

The 13-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian is apparently already thinking ahead to what she might see herself doing next year, and honestly, it’s something many of us would find boring and unexciting.

I mean, to be the hottest teenager in Hollywood and still want to take orders and flip burgers is not what anybody would foresee, unless of course they have real prophetic powers.

But that’s Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s spawn, for ya. The rapper and teenage rebel wants us to look past her aesthetics and piercings to see that what she truly wants are “regular” things.

The teen may be doing things most adults dream of – like releasing her debut EP ‘N0rth4evr’ in May at the tender age of 12 – but she also wants to take things a little more slowly and explore what life is like for the little people – by applying for normal jobs.

Speaking to Dazed in an interview released on Aug. 24, West shared her hopes for the future. “I still wanna work. I wanna work at, like, Starbucks next year,” she said, adding, “I think I can next year ‘cause I’m gonna be 14.”

The teen added, “I want to have a regular job, I guess.”

In the same vein, West shared that though she once aspired to be a basketball player, the dream is no longer alive because she doesn’t “like to do things that I’m bad at.”

North West Shares Which Music Video Is Her Favorite So Far

In the process of promoting her latest single ‘Aishite,’ which means “love me” in Japanese, the young rapper shared that her favorite music video happens to be the recent one she did for the single.

“It’s just such a powerful song, so I was like, ‘Oh, I gotta do a video for this.’ It’s just my favourite, honestly,” she said.
