“Forever Wifey” Hilton Ties the Knot with Best Friend Carter Reum
The entrepreneur and socialite walked down the aisle with venture capitalist Carter Reum at the former Bel Air estate of the bride’s late grandfather Barron Hilton, the successor of hotelier Conrad Hilton.
Hilton and Reum, both 40, have been in each other’s lives for over 15 years and reconnected on a more personal level two years earlier.
“Carter and I have been friends for over 15 years,” Paris explained of how she and her now-husband first got together. “We stayed in each other’s lives over time, and we reconnected at a Thanksgiving get-together in 2019. From that night, I felt the spark, and the rest is history.”

The pair became engaged when Carter surprised Paris with a joint birthday celebration at a private island back in February. “That day, we had a photoshoot planned by the beach, and instead he proposed,” Paris recalled of the big question-popping moment. “It was so romantic! All of my closest family and friends surprised me, too, and flew out for the moment.”
The ring Carter gave to Paris was custom designed by Jean Dousset, the great-grandson of Louis Cartier. The emerald-cut diamond took its design structure from the classic Art Nouveau aesthetics and the vaulted glass ceiling of the Grand Palais.
Fast forward to October and the couple held their bachelor and bachelorette parties together in Las Vegas. The Alice in Wonderland-themed bridal shower that followed was hosted by Paris’ mother, Kathy Hilton, alongside Paris’ sister Nicky Hilton and close friend Tina Chen Craig.
Planning a wedding is daunting, even more so when it’s meant to be a grand affair, but, luckily, Mindy Weiss, a top wedding planner, was up to the challenge. She and her team handled everything from aesthetics to logistics.
“On top of wedding planning, I launched my new media company, 11:11 Media, this year and am in the process of filming and producing a TV show with Peacock called Paris in Love,” the bride explained. “Thankfully, my mom and groom had a lot of opinions on the planning, so I let them take the reins.”
Paris chose the name of her new venture for sentimental reasons, as the numbers are her favorite on the clock. “11:11 has always been my favorite time of day,” Paris explained of her new brand name. “It’s my reminder to make a wish and be open to miracles. This date is special to Carter and I—it represents our love story, which both of us knew was meant to be.”
Paris Hilton News – Inside Details Of Paris Hilton’s Big Day
On November 11, 2021, the bride walked down the aisle of her grandfather’s former estate wearing the stunningly beautiful Oscar de la Renta gown, as Kim Petras sang the classic tune “Can’t Help Falling in Love.”
“We spent months designing my dress to perfection with the amazing Oscar de la Renta designers, Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim,” Paris noted. “I love how it turned out. I wanted something that was timeless, elegant, chic, and iconic, and I am so happy.”
Her stylist Sammy K helped her select accessories, with the rest of the glam team composed of Eduardo

As for the bride’s final look, Eduardo revealed that the main idea behind it was “timeless beauty”. “We wanted Paris to look fresh and chic. The dress is such a masterpiece—we didn’t want to overdo the glam. We kept it clean and simple.”
The bridesmaids – Tessa Hilton, Halle Reum, Brooke Brinson, Whitney Davis, and Farrah Aldjufrie – wore floor-length Alice + Olivia pink lace dresses. The bride’s sister Nicky, also wearing the same as the bridesmaids, served as the maid of honor.
Carter, on the other hand, wore an Ermenegildo Zegna made-to-measure navy silk single-breasted shawl-lapel tuxedo. Groomsmen wore custom-made tuxedos by Nigel Curtiss, paired with shoes from Scarosso, bow ties from Shawn Christopher, socks by Dead Soxy, and cufflinks by Cartier.
Attention to detail was perfectly paid to ensure that the bride had the wedding of her dreams.
“As a little girl, I always told myself that I would get married at my grandfather’s former estate,” the bride says. “I imagined having my fairy-tale wedding here, and it’s amazing that it actually came true. This estate brings back so many memories, and it means so much to be here surrounded by family and connected to all my loved ones on this day.”
After the couple exchanged vows and said “I do”, Demi Lovato gave a special performance of the Whitney Houston favorite “I Will Always Love You”.
The newlyweds stepped on the dance floor for the first time to Bruno Mars’ “Just the Way You Are”.
“Throughout the years, I was always searching for my partner,” Paris said on the morning after the wedding. “Not only someone to share my dreams with but a man to build a future together. I was looking for my equal. Someone who wasn’t fascinated with ‘Paris Hilton’ but instead, someone who saw the real me and loved me for me. Someone who is loving and kind. Someone to be a father to my future children. I’m so proud of my love story with Carter, and even more excited that it’s just beginning.”
For the reception, Paris changed into a second, shorter white gown by Oscar de la Renta so that she can fully show off her dancing skills.
