The friendship gathering comes after observers noticed the two holding hands on a date previously this month, noted Page Six.

And an insider shared that the “Friendsgiving” follows months of getting together. But the source clarified that Emily and Pete remain “in the very early stages” of romance. However, “both really like each other,” added the insider. And Pete “makes Emily laugh.” Davidson, in turn, appreciates “how intelligent she is.”

But the comedian might face challenges speeding up his romance. Because Ratajkowski has indicated that she feels interested in exploring the dating world for awhile. That revelation comes after her split from estranged husband Sebastian Bear-McClard. He allegedly cheated on the model. They share a son, Bear, who is 1-year-old.

But an insider shared that Davidson “charmed” Ratajawski. “It’s still very new,” admitted the source. “But they have been in nonstop communication. And she just went out with him to celebrate his birthday and wanted to make him feel special. It’s a chill relationship so far. There’s no pressure to make it exclusive,” added the insider. “But she really likes him.”

However, Howard Stern issued a warning to Pete via his Sirius XM show. And Stern pointed out that Emily indeed looks like “a great beauty. But at some point, if [Davidson] f–ks so many women, he’s going to start to get the reputation that he’s like a bee. He pollinates and then goes,” slammed Howard. And he cautioned Davidson. “You don’t want to become the guy who just f–ks celebrity girls, so he’s got to be careful.”
