R. Kelly — About Joycelyn’s Engagement And Pregnancy
I know the question going on in your minds, I’ve asked myself that same question a zillion times. How on earth did R. Kelly who’s been in prison since 2019 get Savage pregnant? Honestly, guys don’t look at me because I’m also as puzzled as you guys are.
Okay, here’s how it happened, Savage wrote a story titled “Love and Joy of Robert” which has been released on Amazon, in the story, Savage said that she fell sick and got scared that she might have caught Covid-19 but when she visited the hospital, she received the most exciting news that she is pregnant with R. Kelly’s child.
The news of Savage’s pregnancy comes after saying that she received an engagement ring from Kelly who was in jail through Kelly’s team. Savage described the ring as the most beautiful engagement ring but expressed her sadness that Kelly isn’t there to share in her joy. This is also the same way Savage expressed her sadness for not having Kelly present and that Kelly won’t be present for the birth of his child, despite Kelly’s absence to share in Savage’s joy, Savage did make it clear that Kelly is excited to be having a baby with her.
Well, as exciting as the news is, R. Kelly’s lawyer Jennifer Bonjean has debunked the news saying that Joycelyn Savage is not pregnant for the disgraced singer
R. Kelly — Savage’s Plea To The Judge To Not Sentence R. Kelly
In a letter sent to District Court Judge Ann Donnelly on June 13, right before Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison, Savage identified herself as Kelly’s fiancée and pleaded for leniency, adding that Kelly is not the monster that the government has described him to be.
“My name is Joycelyn Savage, and I’m Robert Kelly’s fiancé[e],” she wrote. “I’m writing this letter in support of Robert in advance of his sentencing, so I can explain to the court that I’m not the victim that the government has portrayed me to be. My relationship with Robert is amazing. He’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. We have a very special connection and are deeply in love. I still support Robert to this day because I love him and will always be here to support him.”
Savage also wrote that “it breaks my heart that the government has created a narrative that I’m a victim. I’m a grown woman, and can speak for myself which is why I wanted to provide this letter to the court.”
Despite Savage’s plea, Kelly was sentenced on June 29 to 30 years in prison for one charge of racketeering and eight counts of violating the Mann Act, which prohibits the transport of “any woman or girl” across state lines for any “immoral purpose.”
