The details as to how it happened or what transpired that resorted in the settlement of the revenge porn case is a mystery but we do know that Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna reached an agreement to the settlement of the case ahead of a jury.

We got wind of the news courtesy of a clerk at the Los Angeles courtroom, and as the case is, jurors that arrived at the courthouse had no choice but to go home due to the recent development. As mentioned above, the terms of the agreement are still unknown.

Recently, the Kardashians asked Blac Chyna to pay for their legal fees of over $390K due to the verdict passed by the judge during the defamation trial in which Chyna sued the Kardashians; Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner for conspiring to cancel her Rob and Chyna Reality TV Show just to spite her for breaking up with their brother. Chyna lost the lawsuit thereby liable for the Kardashian’s legal fees. Part of the judge’s decision when he ruled in favor of the Kardashian family was that Chyna would be liable for the Kardashians’ legal fees.

Now, days after the Kardashian pressed for their lawsuit fees, it was announced that the pending revenge porn case has been settled. It is if the speculation that the reason the case was dropped was linked to Chyna’s inability to pay for the legal fees. Due to the verdict, Chyna’s mom Tokyo Toni went on to launch a GoFundMe in the hopes of raising $400,000. It has raised only $1,355 so far.

Chyna, 34, was suing Kardashian, 35, for posting nude photos and videos of her on social media in July 2017. The former “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Rob Kardashian, shared the series of graphic posts as part of the pair’s tumultuous falling out following the end of their engagement.

“This is from Chyna yesterday to me. I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday,” he captioned the screenshot. “This woman is so disrespectful and I don’t care.”

Rob Kardashian also posted a video that appeared to show Chyna in bed with another man. “Hahahaha Chyna just sent me this video saying happy 4th of July what a crazy person,” he commented. “Come spend time with your daughter instead of f–king me and then this dude right after. U need help.”

Days later, Chyna obtained a restraining order against her ex-fiancé. Robert Shapiro, the attorney who represented Kardashian at the time, subsequently issued an apology on behalf of his client. “I personally on Robert Kardashian’s behalf apologized and offered our regrets for what has taken place in the past couple of days, and now we move forward to do one thing and one thing only: whatever’s in the best interest of this child,” Shapiro said at the time, referring to Dream.
