Rosie O’Donnell Joins Sex And The City Spinoff, ‘And Just Like That’ Season 3

Rosie O’Donnell’s reputation proceeds her, but we don’t exactly think of sex symbol when we think of the former TV host.  HBO has confirmed that Rosie O’Donnell has joined season 3 of their sultry Sex and the City spinoff.

HBO Max’s Sex And The City spinoff ‘And Just Like That’ premiered in 2021, originally the prequel was supposed to serve as a mini series. 

But, SATC fans were thrilled when the streaming service renewed it for a second season.  Currently, the cast and crew are gearing up to film ‘And Just Like That’ season three, which is rumored to be hitting the internet in 2025.

AJLT Season 3 will feature many returning faces and fan favorites (like Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw), and spoilers have also confirmed that there will be a new character named “Mary.”  Rosie O’Donnell took to social media and revealed that she had joined the series.

The former TV host shared a photo of the script she is reading, and captioned it “here come’s Mary.”

Right now we have no idea who Mary is or who she will be interacting with on the show.  Rosie O’Donnell doesn’t exactly seem like she would play a gal pal of Carrie Bradshaw’s or hit Times Square with the girls in a pair of strappy stilettos on a Saturday night.

Sex And The City spoilers say season 3 of the prequel will be packed full of fashion and drama, and we are looking forward to every second of it.  E! Online teases, “Season three is expected to pick back up after Carrie said goodbye to her beloved NYC apartment to move into a bigger space with Aidan (John Corbett).

However, he abruptly decided that he’d have to stay in Virginia for five years to raise his kids before they could be together, leaving Carrie pondering her next chapter during a beach trip to Greece with pal Seema.”
