Rudy Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City, was involved in a car accident and has been hospitalized. Apparently, he was assisting someone else when the accident happened in New Hampshire. Will the 81-year-old former United States Associate Attorney General be okay? Read on to find out.
Inured & Taken To Hospital
On YouTube on Sunday night, ABC News reported that Rudy was helping someone involved in a “domestic violence” incident. He’d stopped when he was waved down by someone needing help. He assisted the woman by calling 911 and waited for the first responders.
Unfortunately, his good Samaritan deed turned out badly for him. When he got back into his car, someone drove into the back of him, and he sustained some serious injuries. While he’s apparently in “good spirits,” his injuries are no laughing matter.

The formerly disbarred lawyer who surprised fans of The Masked Singer in season 7 as the Jack In The Box, sustained some serious injuries. The report noted that “He sustained injuries to his leg, to his arm. He also fractured his vertebrae.”
A fractured vertebra can be quite serious. Remember when Simon Cowell fought back to regain his health when he was injured on a bicycle? Nevertheless, the older former attorney to Donald Trump is “expected to be okay.”
Mixed Reactions From Viewers
Despite his heroic days when folks shouted Rudy Giuliani out for stepping up after the 9/11 Twin Towers tragedy, he lost a lot of favor with people over the years. Mostly, people dislike him for some of his policies and for claiming that the 2016 election was rigged. So, there were not a lot of supporters in the discussion area.
One person wrote, “Right now, the only one saying Giuliani was helping a DV victim is Giuliani’s spokesperson. I think we’re gonna need confirmation on that from someone with credibility, like the local police department, before that part can be believed.”

Yet another unsympathetic viewer quipped, “Recovering???… OH NO!”
However, not everyone hates the man. Someone felt that perhaps it had been an attempt on his life. And another person wrote, “Praying for Mr. Rudy Giuliani’s speedy recovery & healing.”

In 2022, Rudy was out at a shopping complex when someone slapped him on the back. He staggered and claimed that it was an attack rather than a happy slap. At the time, ShopRite employee Daniel Gill was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, a felony. However, he later faced only misdemeanor charges.
