“She must be young, pretty, and ambitious to a point,” the inside source told Closer Weekly.

Ryan Seacrest enjoys dating young women. He will be turning 50 this year. However, his previous girlfriend was 25 years old. The radio host doesn’t mind dating someone who’s half his age. It’s not unclear how “young” he’s willing to go.

This has raised eyebrows in the past. The source also revealed that Ryan Seacrest runs background checks on potential contenders. He needs to “protect” himself from gold diggers.
